Pricing
Ben's Travel Service handles planning and booking of your trip for a flat 10% of the total trip cost.
There is a nonrefundable $100 retainer to begin the process of planning an international trip. This is to protect BTS from clients who want to use us for information about cheapest flights and best destinations and then book the trip themselves. This $100 retainer is applied toward the 10% total trip cost.
Example: You want to go to Europe for 2 weeks. You pay $100 to Ben's Travel Service to begin planning your trip. Ben's Travel Service plans your trip including flights and hotels. Your total trip cost is $2,500, so your fee is $250. The $100 retainer will be deducted from the $250, making the balance due $150.
Please Note: There is a minimum charge of $25 domestic and $100 international for booking services.
